FYTCO has an online ticket system for its clients to post any problems and difficulties they are facing with their website or their e-mail system. This system can even be used to post any concerns on any of the services provided by us.
We provide Hardware Maintenance as a One Stop solution at our workshop OR on a Contract basis for clients having more than one problem at their Location. Saving them from the hustle of delivering it to our workshop and then waiting for it to be fixed. Our engineer or technician will solve the problem on site and will treat it on a problem basis.
FYTCO has a unified access number for everyone who would like to enquire, contact OR get answers to their questions or problems. Our team of experienced personnel is there to answer them from 8am to 2pm and again from 6pm to 9pm.
